There’s a volunteer role for everyone at the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Adults interested in volunteering as a Sanctuary tour guide can participate in an upcoming training.
The in-person training, open to current volunteers and anyone interested in volunteering as a tour guide, is set for 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, at the Sanctuary. It’s free to attend, but registration is required.
The Bird Adaptations training provides the background needed to volunteer as an interpreter to help visitors explore the Sanctuary and its birds.
