What to expect:
Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about birding and bird species! Each month, we highlight a bird-related topic or profile birds that you can find in our southwest Michigan backyards, woods, and waters during this time of year.
Highlight for April 9: Birding hot spots
This month, we will be joined by Donna Keller, president of the Audubon Society of Kalamazoo (ASK), for a birds and coffee chat. She will highlight three Kalamazoo County birding hot spots (Kleinstuck Preserve, Kellogg Bird Sanctuary, and Wolf Lake State Fish Hatchery), and chat about a few birds you can see during spring migration.
There is no fee for this online program but registration is required to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting. Your host is Misty Klotz from Kellogg Biological Station and the Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Zoom in and participate by sharing your recent bird sightings and asking questions!
