What to expect:
Get ready for an eagle-sized adventure!
Fishing for the Eagles offers an opportunity for kids and families to dive into the exciting world of fish and discover why they’re so important to our sanctuary’s resident eagles. First, we’ll explore what fish need to stay healthy in their watery homes, then test our skills in a fun backyard bass casting game. Once everyone’s warmed up, it’s time to head to the water and try real fishing! The best part? We’ll take our catch to the eagles and watch them enjoy a fresh, tasty meal. All fishing gear is provided—just bring your curiosity, a sense of adventure, and clothes for outdoor fun!
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Family members must stay with their youth during the program.
