Have you ever wondered what happens to milk once it leaves the dairy farm and before it ends up in your refrigerator? Do you know how milk is made into butter, ice cream, or cheese? Attend the Fun with Dairy Food workshop at the Kellogg Bird Sanctuary to learn about the science of milk – what’s in it and why is it so good for us, how it is processed for drinking, and how it can be made into other delicious foods!
Members $5/adult, $4/ student and senior, $3/ child
Non-members $7/adult, $6/ student and senior, $5/child
Audience: Families with children between 5 – 9 years
Registration required by August 4, 2017. Limited to 30 individuals.
NOTE: We will be consuming dairy, and gluten products.
