What to expect:

Grab your explorer hat and join a naturalist on the trail for a hands-on, up-close adventure! Each week, enjoy a fun nature-themed craft and meet amazing creatures up close.  

July 1: Birdy Bites & Beak Types

Ever wonder why the beak from one type of bird looks so different from the beak of another? Join us to learn about different birds and how they have adapted their bills to help them eat certain things.

 

Event information:

  • Time: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Dates: Wednesdays, July 1, 8, 15, 22
  • Audience: Families with children under eight years
  • Cost:  Members are free;   non-members: $6/adults, $5/seniors and students, $4/children ages 2-17
  • No registration required
