A leucistic Canada Goose stands on the shore of Wintergreen Lake.On April 21, the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary will be offering free admission in celebration of Earth Day, which is observed annually on April 22. 

This year, second-grade students from the Richland and Kellogg Elementary schools are collaborating with the Sanctuary to create an art show on Earth Day. This show will express why Earth Day is important to them. Their art projects will be displayed at the Sanctuary April 20-21.

The Sanctuary will be open on Sunday, April 21, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
