Application Questions
The W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary seeks to support schools with limited access to nature and/or limited ability to take trips given financial, socioeconomic, geographic, and other factors. Please answer these questions to the best of your ability.
What perecentage of students in your school are considered economically disadvantaged as reported to MI School Data (https://www.mischooldata.org)? Check one.

Administrative Consent*
I acknowledge that my school administrator or organization director is aware of and approves of my application for a scholarship from the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary.
Information Release*
If selected to recieve the scholarship, I authorize the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary to use my name, school name, photograph, and information about the field trip for publicity purposes.
Field Trip Booking*
I understand that I will need to complete the field trip booking process seperate from this scholarship application.
Post Field Trip Survey*
I agree to complete an evaluation survey after the field trip, if my group is selected for the scholarship.
