Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about five bird species! Each session we’ll highlight birds that you can find in our SW Michigan backyards, woods and waters this time of year. Special guest host, Sarah Nelson, Executive Director, Barry Conservation District and caretaker at Michigan Audubon’s Otis Sanctuary will join us to highlight 5 warbler species that can be observed at Otis!
Species Focus:Warblers
- Cerulean warbler
- Yellow warbler
- Blue-winged warbler
- Common yellowthroat
- American redstart
There is no fee for this online program but registration is required to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting. Your hosts are educators: Lisa Duke, Misty Klotz and Kara Haas from Kellogg Biological Station and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Zoom in and participate by sharing your recent bird sightings and asking questions!
