Do you wonder why ducks and geese receive those shiny silver bands on their legs? Come to the Bird Sanctuary for this family-friendly event, to learn about banding from local Michigan Department of Natural Resources staff. Watch as they trap and band ducks right by Wintergreen Lake!

Cost: Members $5/adult, $4/ student and senior, $3/ child
Non-members $7/adult, $6/ student and senior, $5/child
