Join the Kellogg Bird Sanctuary and Josh Haas from Hawks on the Wing for the first Virtual Field Ornithology Course (FOC) and FOC’s 13th year!  This combination webinar and virtual classroom experience will help you learn more about the fascinating world of birds and improve your bird watching and identification skills.   This course will bring you back to the basics of identifying birds by sight, sound, habitat, and behavior.  Josh’s dynamic teaching style will encourage students to take information shared in the classroom outside in the field!

The Field Ornithology Course is a 5-week course for adults and open to the general public.  Zoom webinars are Monday evenings from 6-7 p.m. and cover topics including bird identification tips and tricks and focus on specific bird family groups.

Cost: Members $55, Non-members $65

Monday evening webinars from 6-7 p.m. (September 14 and 28, October 12 and 26, November 9)

Registration required by September 9, 2020.
