Guided Tours

Spring Tour Group with Redbud Trees

Guided tours can be adapted based on the needs of the group or what your group is currently studying. Please share all information on needs when booking. Guided group tours should be scheduled at least four weeks ahead of arrival.

Details on scheduling can be found on the Group Visit page.  The tour fee includes the group visit admission fee. Guided tours are led by trained, knowledgeable volunteers and are typically 90 minutes long.

Bird AdaptationsAll Ages!up to 60Paved PathThis tour will touch on the history of the Sanctuary and highlight bird adaptations of three groups of birds: birds of prey, waterfowl and upland game birds. Seasonal highlights include spring nesting behavior, summer care of young, fall migration and winter survival.
