Each month the Bird Sanctuary introduces a new theme connected to seasonal changes that children can observe and experience. Visit the Overlook building’s craft area, ideal for creating art projects, while the dramatic play section allows children to act out various scenarios and stories related to our monthly theme. Theme for December: Migration

Highlighted Activities: 

• Come learn how being curious can help you be a Community Scientist.
• Craft: Nature seek and find coloring sheets, and make animal footprint rubbings.
• Dramatic Play: Pretend to camp in the great outdoors at our mini camping sight.

Audience: Designed for children ages 3 to 6 years of age

• No registration required
• Cost:  Members: Free
               Non-members: General Admission, $7/adults, $6/seniors and students, $5/children ages 2-17
